Beck Lowe ran this presentation and engaged 20 people in an interesting exchange of experiences in growing food in poor soils, under low rainfall conditions and from a permaculture perspective at Heathcote. Beck’s talk explained the twelve permaculture principles represented by the  icons below.

These twelve principles surround the core permaculture ethics of Earth care, Fair share and People care. All this is explained on the website http://permacultureprinciples.com/ethics/ which looks like a very good resource for any of us wanting to reinforce what we learnt from Beck or indeed for anyone wanting to know about permaculture.
